Hardware Upgrades
¨ Memory Upgrades – Install additional memory and/or replace old memory; verify functionality upon completion.

– Install a new hard drive or replace a defective hard drive; installation includes transfer of data from existing drive to new drive; verify functionality upon completion.

PC Patch-Up™ will also ensure that your network addresses all of your security issues as well.

PC Repair Nobody enjoys when a computer freezes up or when they cannot access the Internet because the modem isn’t responding. PC Patch-Up™ is available to help diagnose the issues and provide solutions for rectifying the problems. As always, if possible, PC Patch-Up™ will try to solve the issues at the customers’ site; however, if the problem requires us to return the unit to our shop, we will come back to the customers’ site for re-installation.

name registered (e.g. www.yourcompany.com).
We will create a website for you if you do not already have one. In
addition, PC Patch-Up™
can
help you establish your own e-mail through your domain (e.g.
yourname@yourcompany.com).
We also have monthly management plans if you would like to have us manage and
update your website.

PC Tutoring Not everyone can be an expert at using PCs? PC Patch-Up™ understands this and offers two courses to help people get the most out of their PCs and software packages. The courses can be taught on a one-on-one basis or in front of a large group.
¨ Basic PC Usage – A beginner’s class in how to use some basic PC functions. For example:
o Navigating around your operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows©)
o How to receive and send e-mail?
o How to surf the Internet effectively?
o Understanding viruses and spy-ware
